I spotted these candy cane cupcake toppers on Pinterest and instantly fell in love!  They are so Dr. Seuss!  They are perfect for your holiday party.   And according to Bickiboo Party Supplies you simply place unwrapped, large, candy canes on a parchment paper or silicon lined baking sheet  in a 250 degree F oven for about 10 minutes.  After they have softened candy canes can be lifted off the tray and shaped as you desire.
